Exsim Hospitality Secures RM17.2 Million Fit-Out Contract for Apartment Units

Exsim Hospitality is making strides in the interior design and construction space. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, the group has clinched a RM17.2 million contract for interior fit-out works involving apartment units.
The contract, awarded by Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd, covers the full scope of:
Design
Supply
Fabrication
Delivery
Installation
While the location of the apartment project remains undisclosed, the job officially commenced on May 2, 2025 and is scheduled for completion by March 20, 2026.
Once the Certificate of Practical Completion is issued, the project will also include a defect liability period of up to 27 months, ensuring post-handover quality assurance.

A Strategic Win for Exsim Concepto
Exsim Concepto, known for its specialised interior fit-out services for hospitality assets, sees this contract as a strategic move that will enhance both its earnings and net asset position over the project duration.
“This contract is well within the scope of our ordinary business and supports our long-term growth and stability,” said the board of directors in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
